Force Majeure

Until the I get around to setting up an internet connection, I am held to using an internet cafe, so I cannot get onto Secondlife. I promise to get online sometime between now and May, which is when I suspect I am going to be further deployed. Can’t say where I am, where I am going, etc.

In the past two months life has been like going to a themepark on a tight schedule and going on all the rides, so I have been busily waiting. In the meantime, I have written out a collapsible organizational structure for a military group which I plan to head when I get back, as well as a partial GOPH (General Operating Procedure Handbook) for future use. Chain of command will be a triple head, with a Full commadant, and two vice commadants. A full commandant will be the chief of force operations, the other two hold the positions of Chief of Enlisted Operations, and Chief of Officer Operations, respectively. Each VC would be assigned other duties, such as legal, training, R&D, etc, and would report the the Full Commandant only as needed. Under the Commandants would be a Director of Ground Operations(General), and a Director of Air Operations (Admiral), and a Director of Force Education and Training (Either Admiral, General, or other high officer). These heads would be the only static portions of the main chain of command. From there down, positions are collapsible.

I plan to also purchase a sim for FM once I advance the group that far. Until it breaks the initial research and development stages, I don’t believe I am going to be leaving the merczateers.

Because of abrasive and unduly offensive IMs from the Alliance Navy when I wished them well before I left, I see no reason to hold them, as a whole, in any positive regard. There are a few members who still hold my respect. You know who you are. For those who wished me a horrible life (to say the least for some…), I only wish I had seen this while I was in the Alliance Navy so I could have taken care of it myself.

I will be aligning the FM with the Iron Symphony side of the field because of above reasons. I don’t see a reason to abandon the mercz and declare neutrality, and I especially don’t wish to side with the AN. Perhaps Sparta will join my cause, perhaps not, it is up to their leader, Bruno Ziskey, to decide, if he/they are still around, seeing as I cannot find the sparta website anymore…

About Me – Architect Jarrico

I am Architect Jarrico, an account on Linden Labs' Second Life that is over four years old. My first year of Secondlife was spent learning the ins and outs of the program. I soon discovered Nexus prime, which I RPed in as the CEO of the Megacorp "CREODRON", in reference to the Eve-online corp, in an epic battle for dominance of the streets against the Tyrell Corporation. One of the members of the RP was Joseph Spearman of the Venuma Coalition(currently is Ordo High Command) who introduced me to the military roleplay community and gave me a copy of the Venuma Coalition's application to join. Unfortunately for them, the Application body referred to the group as the Alliance Navy II. Unable to find the Venuma Coalition in the search, I searched Alliance Navy II, and found a landmark to the Alliance Navy's base in Enceladus, which I visited and, assuming the ANII and AN were the same, filled out an application and joined that day. Within a week, I completed Alliance Navy Marine bootcamp with honors, and was promoted directly to E-2, skipping E-1 entirely. Within two weeks of graduating, I was appointed to the position of Squad Leader and promoted to E-5 against the will of the current Marine Division commander, Sanct Draper, which resulted in his resignation. Soon afterward, I took leave from Secondlife to pursue RL goals. After a few months I returned, and over the next year, I took part in every major Alliance Navy engagement, was appointed as the Marine Head Drill Instructor, Marine Division Jury Advocate General Representative, and was promoted to Warrant Officer-1 as third in command of Marine Division. Because of an upheaval and mass exodus of many members of Fleet Division including the entire command staff, I requested transfer over to Fleet Division. Within two weeks, I reorganized Fleet operations, trained an entire generation of new Fleet Drill Instructors, and separated inactive members from the ranks. Within the month, Fleet Division was back up and running better than before. I was designated the Fleet First In Command, and promoted to the rank of O-3 Captain for my outstanding efforts in the line of duty. However, due to the policies placed forth by the then-admiral Judge Hocho, I resigned from the Alliance Navy. I couldn't stay away from the military community, however. I joined sparta soon after, and was granted the rank of Archon in the Phalanx section, which I served for roughly three months. During this time, I also joined Vanguard, achieving the rank of Unteroffizier in the single month I was part of the group. I later rejoined the Alliance Navy Marine Division, worked up to E-4 and joining the ranks of the templars before swapping over to the Alliance Navy Air Division due to compatibility issues with the Division Commander at the time, Luca Vasilopita, and took the position of assistant flight leader. A few weeks later, the Marine Division second in command, iolol Hax, was forced to resign without advance notice, and, during an emergency meeting between admirals, was promoted to O-1 Second Lieutenant and appointed the Marine Division Second In Command until another second in command could be properly trained. During this time, Luca Vasilopita acted unilaterally and ordered my removal from the marine division, disobeying a direct order, and usurped the Admirals' command. A Jury Advocate General Order was filed, but no actions were made even in the face of overwhelming evidence on multiple instances. After returning to Air Division, I took the position of 1st Flight Leader, and was promoted to the rank of E-7. However, while attempting to improve relations between the Merczateers and the Alliance Navy in order to promote combat and increase recruitment numbers, I was accused of espionage and kicked from the Alliance Navy as well as from the templars. Following my kicking, I joined the merczateers, due to some rather offensive remarks from the ranks of the Alliance Navy, and currently hold the rank of Serdzhánt as a member of their assault force. Immediately after joining the merczateers, I had to take leave due to RL issues.
